At GETINSURE, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Returns Policy explains our procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
1.1 Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
1.2 Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Custom or personalized items.
3. RETURN PROCESS

3.2 Once approved, package the item securely and include a copy of the receipt.
3.3 Ship the item to: 317 Inverness Dr, Hubert, North Carolina.
4. REFUND POLICY
4.1 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In case of damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.
